How do I join Frozen Darkness?
That's easy! All you have to do is go onto the live chat and begin RPing with whoever is there. If they are ranked, then they can give you a joining fight and accept you (and if you join as a stray pup, just accept you without a join fight) and if they are not, get to know them so you have someone to put in a good word for you. After your joining fight/acceptance, you must go onto the forums and go to the board "Joining" under the category "Out of Character - Updates" and fill in the form given so that the admin may update the various necessary pages.
How should my character age?
That is up to you. However, make sure you keep it more or less realistic and in proportion with the rest of the members on the site. Though we are not going to enforce you to comply with a strict aging schedule (1 month=1 year, for example) you will be expected to actually have your character age, grow old, and eventually die.
I don't want my character to die!
Too bad. It's onna happen, either at the paws of another person's character or because of natural causes. So if you're gonna cry about lo9sing a beloved character, I suggest you don't join this site with that character. Instead, make a new one or use one you don't really care about.
If someone else kills my character, I'll hate them forever and try to kill their characters with no reason!
Don't even think about it, or you will be banned. :] Everyone will ignore you, and your characters will be taken off the memberlist and all other pages. They may even be declared dead. Now, you wouldn't want that, would you?
I'm a newbie and can't RP very well. But I'm willing to learn and I promise to not be annoying! Am I allowed to join?
Welcome to FD! Please ask if you have any questions. If you're polite, people will be happy to help you, and with a little bit of practise, you'll be RPing as well as everyone else. There is no post minimum here, so start as small or as big as you like!
I'm a n00b. I love to godmode and powerplay and piss off other members of the sites I'm a part of. I can't RP, but I'm not going to let anyone tell me so. OIn fact, I think I'm the best RPer in the world. Can I join?
